Ugh, I dread hearing the An94 since I know noobs can't spray with it. That's where most of my deaths come from too.

I think M16 is the same as the Xm8. Not sure why.

Maybe it's a favorite?

Out of sniper rifles, I think VSS, and SV98 are the best. Although other may think otherwise...

Nothing has changed. It barely has any lateral/horizontal recoil and the vertical one is easy to compensate for.

The AEK doesn't have enough oomph behind it for me to enjoy it.

You must be kidding! AEK has the same medium - long range damage, little bit more recoil than M416, but still far less than the unpredictable XM8, yet quite a lot less spread than M416 and quite a lot higher rate of fire. As a result, it kills people faster than M416 besides point blank. Short bursts are where it's at.

Hm, maybe I'll give it another go soon. I always felt like it never put people down fast enough for my taste.

AEK is great, just need to remember to release fingers on the trigger.

It's definitely not a spray gun. Need to treat it like the VSS.

I love the AEK for long distance stuff now. The assualt class is a must for me as I require smoke for most of my work.

Also smoke comes in handy for those rush maps where a stalemate occurs. Just smoke the line and watch the fun ensue.

the whole flavor of the month when it comes to weapons with every patch makes BC2 seem like L4D2 with all its mutations and stuff.

im about 50 kills from platting the AEK now and I love it. with a 4x scope on it i can burst fire snipers from across the map and if i get in the shiz i have fast full auto to spam. i really like the sound of it too, the an-94 is sickening to me.
