When you think about it, the hacking site that released this cheat sells hacks made by one hacker. That one hacker, if he is organized, requires little to no middlemen, and once he has done the work of coding the hacks, there is not much else to do. I dont know enough to say for sure, but the profit of the hacking business turns out some sizable paychecks for the hack coders.

I view it a little bit differently - this is a huge gold star for DICE as far as I'm concerned.

A brand new hack comes on the scene and within a day or so a new patch is issued that solves the problem.

I guess you can argue that the hack shouldn't have been able to happen in the first place, but no developer can anticipate every little security issue that might spring up in their software - especially when there are thousands of idiots out there in world trying to come up with ways to exploit the code.

I experienced it on one server. Was happily sitting in the B flag AAA on Port Valdez. Next thing I know I'm in the US spawn with everyone else and some idiot kills us all with C4 and then starts reviving us.

Yep. DICE was on it pretty quick. Can give a lot of Thanks and Praise to Kalms from DICE getting on it to get it corrected. :thumbsup:

Kalms must do game balancing as well, since as a programmer he has a brain capable of logical thought

This has either not been fixed or they now have another method to do it. Happened on our Server tonight. Tags - COMP556 and TimFos. I personally witnessed this.

I assume also that the patch was installed? Its silly, but I play on one server where the admin had to install it, otherwise, it wasnt fixed.

Yes our Admin put the patch on Monday. He also read on PB Bans where this COMP556 has been making the rounds on other servers.

Well thats not good. A serious flaw like this can be a game killer. Lets hope DICE knows that this bug/hack may still be an issue and lock it down a bit more.

true, after my fps have dropped from medium setting 30fps to low settings 10 fps ive stopped playing.
I havent sent a message to ea support setting cause i dont think the game is worth the work of that, anyway ill do it when i feel like playing this game a lot, cause when i do i get into it and after 5 mins of slideshow dieing its just gets boring

I still find it pretty fun. Just don't play in huge servers where the games turn into a spamming mess.

I still play it after a break albeit not that much and on 24players server max (32 is a spam fest as the maps wasn't designed for so much players). I'll be lvl 42 soon and maybe reach lvl50 before BF3 is released...

I thought the teleport hack was where someone on the server could make a number of people teleport high into the air randomly in the map. There was a vid somewhere, I will try and find it.

Doesn't really matter, R22 is going to fix it.

OKAYYYYY... What is RR2 and, Any idea when this will be out?

apparently R22 hasn't fixed teleporting or they have updated their hack to work with R22.
