Engineer guns should be confined to room to room fighting. Not openly challenge the range of rifles.

I had many encounters with "silly" engineers who think they could get a headshot from long distances. They did get my attention and I sent my kind rely with a Sv98 slug.

I'll be really running if EA give Gustav 12X zoom. LOL imagine that.

I used to wh0re gustav when I started the game, find it useless in close range and long long ranges.

High-powered rifles work better.

And I've had many encounter with silly recon who think their ghillie suit makes them invisible to my Uzi rounds.

The Ghillie suit is great for tree/bush shadows and in-doors. (Stand away from the window duh)

Not so great for fighting in the open desert or in snow maps.

On Topic: Try UMP-45 with 4x, engineers often hit me with that from quite a range.

Try the 4x scope with a variety of SMG's and see which one handles the best for your tastes.

I think I chose extra ammo on the ground
get more CG ??
which I guess I can give up cause I never shoot that many of them

tried the UMP w 4x scope
got 3 kills in a game (a record for me)
at 30-60 meters !
will try other guns with same scope
