Third person view in vehicles has been in BF for a long time, so it hasn't really been dumped down from anything.
Its a trade off between being able to shell things accurately, and being aware of your surroundings. You cant do both.

Yes I know it's been in BF series and why do you need it to be accurate... I mean come on you can pin point where the shot will be, even though the crosshair is huge it always hits near the botton of the crosshair so any smart person would know where to point it.
-And come on why does it need to accurate, it's a tank shell that explosive!!!

The crosshar is big and its not accurate, so its almost basicaly like in other bfs, it just shoes u the center of the screen

And that's exactly all you need, then past series never gave you any sort of crosshair at all so that you can trade off a shot for the view.

No offense but all you do is seem to complain about anything the game does which is slightly different from bf2...

Yes I understand that this game is only a speckle of dust compare to the real battlefield series, and yes I know this game is only a dumb down, slow paced, holding down the trigger, trying hard to avoid previous exploit by nerfing it out of there, small, and cookie cutter of a game spin off of what BF3 might be like.

he crosshairs are way off from where you're actually shooting, it's more like a rough estimate

A rough estimate that is good enough for a huge target like tank and splash damage that deteriorate infantries near perfection.

AHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA. I stopped reading at "Holding down the trigger".

People probably say this because they sprint full speed into a combat zone where doing so is actually effective, the kind of range that worked in oh wait...All the Battlefield games.

And people who didn't 3P in the previous BF games were doing it wrong. it is quite awesome. And btw it can be turned off in Server options if you have complaints about it like yourself :).

The only complaint threads are complaints about specific infantry play- people once again ***** and moan to get things changed for them, because they dont like to die to X weapon.

The only tutorials and "how to" guides seem to be... well, Ill let you know when I see one.

Well yeah, at least you were complaining it is not BF2; this is just complaining for the sake of complaining. Next will come moaning abut M60 being nerfed or something; or that you can wear pink uniforms.
