thats the other thing that bugs me. We have our server up and we can't even play on it. The few of us who can actually get a server list to show up can't find our server in the list. " The Real KINGz Funhouse" another shameless plug. lol

Don't try to check the scoreboard while running

(you bring up the steam overlay by pressing shift+tab, i have a nasty habit of checking scores while on a long run from point a to b)

No way to deactivate that?or maybe rebind :P

Oh and games for windows uses the same bind; don't run both at the same time, it gets hectic XP

Wait a second, the game has not been officially released yet, however you expect it to run all smooth?
            Thats a bit ....

eeeehm... it was released two days ago globally? You can even play if you are from Europe. Good luck if you ordered through steam tough.

Maybe that's why they included the single player campaign - because they knew the multiplayer was going to be major FUBAR for the first few days.

On the upside, the game LOOKS amazing.

Double-tap forward to run and you can continue running by simply holding down the forward key without needing to press shift. I always use shift to sprint (I don't use steam) but it seems like a sufficient workaround for your problem.

For the one hour I was able to play online it was a lot of fun. I couldn't tell you what maps I played, though, since to my knowledge map names are never shown anywhere but on the server browser. After I got disconnected when the EA server went kaput around 6:30 PST all the servers were either completely full or completely empty. Hopefully it will be better tonight.

Having said that, I'm not wild about the single player campaign thus far. I've only done the prologue mission and half(?) of the first mission but it seems more like a quicktime movie than a game. You fight two guys, go to a cutscene. Kill three enemies, another cutscene. You walk down a path, cutscene. It's worse than Final Fantasy X. :hmm: Then again, I didn't buy it for its singleplayer experience.
