I been home since 1pm with this goddamn game and still have 0 pts. My updater won't update. My server list wont update. Even though i'm connected to EA it says i'm not. What a huge letdown. hopefully a fix will be in the works. I wish the patch was online somewhere and not only through the updater.Comment

Are you running it on win7? Try running the updater as administrator, it helped to solve a lot of issues in the beta.Comment

I'm on XP. I am already in admin. The updater just launches the game. I know it's day 1, But dammit man waiting all this time since cod4 got stale......by passing MW getting geeked for this and now I sit here.....sad..... Ah well hopefully bu the UK launch they will have the issues fixed.Comment

Lol well that is why I said IF you are from the UK then that might be your problem. I think there was a fix posted in a thread some where on here about the updater not working. I am having major connection issues. It's a real shame, I could stand still today ready to get the game, and now that I have it, Dice does not realize that they may need to beef up the servers a bit for the next battlefield and I cannot play. I got in two rounds though and it looks amazing.Comment

There are many reasons why from bugs to hardware failures to ISPs having issues to who knows. I tried to play, got on a server and then was kicked by the admin (Yeah, back in Battlefield) then could no longer get on.
Which is another reason why I am playing single player first

My clan's server had 32/32, everything was rocking. Then we ALL lost connection to the EA server.
