360 bans are a sensitive area as people can legitimately get their hands on the retail version of the game and play away, testing MP etc, before the release date so even then how can they tell between a legit and a pirate.

They have a tiny camera hidden in different places on the 360 console. If anyone is playing on a 360, be sure to wrap it entirely in duct tape!

I know a couple of people who have it pre-ordered on Steam who downloaded it to play SP while they wait for release for MP. I have no opinion.

I don't think so. The release dates are just to make retailers happy so if you buy it anyway...

I already payed for it fully, when i pre ordered. And have no desire to download it. It's amazing how people can't wait 4 days. Delayed gratification my friends.

ps3 I was playing and some guy on a mic was saying he pre ordered his copy and got it early. He sounded pretty legit,,, of course i cant tell!!! but there seems to be some mess up. I think in console world its a retail issue not pirating unless everybody else out there had a pirated copy. I think not..
pc is a little easier to pirate then ps3.
