Offering better product with better support for same price as previous product makes sense also.
Umm, yes it is perfectly logical. Vreki explained it.

If you create something - extra maps for DLC perhaps, it will cost money (wages, software, etc.) and if you give it away for free, then you will LOSE money. Makes sense to me.

If you dont like the idea of DLC... don't pay for it.

I really don't see why there is so much crying over this game, ITS NOT EVEN RELEASED YET AND WE HAVE NO IDEA WHATSOEVER WHAT THE FINAL PRODUCT IS LIKE.

So please, keep all your speculation, and talks of boycots, and whatever else, to your damn self.

The game isn't up for critique until its on store shelves in its final version. Complaining about something that is going to change in its final form is a joke.

I'm hoping that Karkand rumor is true and the DLC will contain Karkand for BC2. And by that I mean ACTUAL Karkand, like destructible skyscrapers etc. And Rambo, you seem to just be clamoring to find issues with the game. Perhaps you should actually try to enjoy it and stop acting so ridiculously?

            Mashtur is better than Karkand.

Thats sounds like someone is confused about EA store. Unlike Steam, you only have a year to download the game. But once you have downloaded the game it is yours "forever", and you can burn a hardcopy. So its not like your game goes poof after a year.

My mistake, it seems the one year is a minimum now.

The products and services that we make available on the Websites may be downloaded or accessed for at least one year after you have completed your purchase.

you could always wait 5 years and maybe EA will give you that DLC for free. :p

Yeah! and someone also said they'll be selling giant semen shooting guns! someone also said that you have no actual sources to these allegations.

Alrighty then! Thank you all for your comments. The fact is that there will be DLC for this game. Some will be free, some will not. You will have to decide if you want to purchase it when it is released.
