    It could be. As for the released game, the port IS bulletproof and you cannot shoot through it. I havent tried it with the M95.

            I can claim that, as well as being shot through the eyeport. Of course that was not in a tested environment where I knew 100% that the guy was shooting me in the front. I KNOW I killed a guy while he was trying to shoot me with the stationary. Maybe in the beta they were lower and I shot the very top of his head, IDK, but I killed that guy and got the headshot.

            I was sniped from that thing all the time.

                    this is possible to do i have done so two times. once with the m24 and once with the Barret. and the gunner was facing me when i was on the hill. i shot at the feet

                        My less-than-reliable memory tells me that I have killed a couple of shielded gunners by shooting them in the foot with a shotgun slug.
                        Based on the same memory, killcam rarely shows a hit from the fromt when I am killed in one of the shielded guns.

                                I shoot the gunners in the foot tbh

                                I do love rolling down the road in a tank though, to see the poor sod firing away and having not noticed me, I blow him to pieces

                                even better when its a TOW or something from an APC
