Well, I havent reached the "meh" state yet, but I suspect that it might happen when I run out of new content to try.
Because even though I think they have improved many things over COD4 and 5, the core gameplay remains the same.

I also fear how the gameplay will be once everyone have unlocked akimbo 1887

The first level you play as Roach would be a good one.
