I don't see how it is our fault that they have spent the last years crippling the franchise instead of improving it?

Watching the interviews I posted the other day about the history of IW told me that the core IW people are risk takers. They tend to do the very hard, and risky, thing to change their game. When they changed the PC side of things many took it personal and for some its a vendetta to destroy the franchise and say nothing good about it whatsoever.
The truth is, that by itself, is that it is a good game. Its not perfect, but the game runs well for something out of the box for the first two weeks and that has never been done before.
Dedicated servers aside, if they improved some selections like map choice and better tuning of selecting a host, it would be a very great game. I never played a CoD series on a console and am surprised that you cannot pick a map to play over again. Is it really that hard to have some type of map selection or to go to the lobby and say I want this one and then it finds a game running it or starts one?
Anyway, people were up in arms when CoD:4 came out and there were ranks and perks. Many said they sold out and wanted to be like BF2 and CoD was dead. The truth it was. The original died back in CoD2.
For PC, the game is worth it IF it lasts a few years. I don't know if it will do that or not.
If you value being able to customize your game, choosing maps, maybe playing mods or similar, don't get MW2. If you just want to jump in a quick game now and then and don't mind being shoved into a game with random people, then sure you can get it.
Let us at least give the man time enough to install the game first

The game is installing from the disk and 1 MB seconds, I have never had something install so slowly.
And whats with the 2 disks, are they really that bad at developing games they cant compress the files easily, Hell dragon age origins takes up 14gb, and that was installed from one disk.
