Gordon Van Dyk said that the weapons have been improved and reskined, basically build from the ground up. He also said that the purpose of the beta is not to introduce weapons but to test the game, and give feedback. Who knows maybe they didn't want to spoil the surprise for us.

BC1 weapons were good weapons IMO. There are a lot of weapons to choose from, that will suit all players.

I got no problem with the current weapons as I never played bad company. MG3 and VSS, more than you need.

Just wondered about those which were mentioned in the facts thread.

Maybe its already been answered, but can you actually hit what your shooting at vs BF2 bullet spread. For automatic fire

very much so yes, the hit reg is fine, I haven't come across a situation at all where I thought that guy should have died, or any such rageness

you can't just hold fire and expect to get kills unless you are using one of the lower powered SMGs or rifles and at shorter ranges but it certainly works how it should imo
