I think you just shouldn't be going around stating your unemployed and looking forward to a game to make you happy 'tis all. :laugh:

Looking forward to the PC Beta. If I can't get in that (Depending what the guidelines are to get in), then I am looking forward to the demo in January.

Bad Company 2 reminds me of a sexed up Battlefield 2 .. and considering after the last 11 years of online gaming, and BF2 being my all time favorite game, I just can't wait! :yay:

Yeah, Ive been following the delay talk. Right now there are some signs that things are not going well for the PC title. Dice is dodging all questions about the Pc Beta and is saying we will find out about it later, just like they always have. Its troubling to see dice drop the ball once again, a beta delay and even a game delay is definitely not outside the realm of possibility right now.

great, probably no demo for us in Jan either.And are they ever even gonna release 1943 for pc?The timeline just doesn't seem right,unless they release it soon.

Only way i see 1943 coming is if they bundle it with Bc2 for free, otherwise whats the point? It would be such a clustered game schedule.

TBH, closed betas for the BF series, in my experience has never been... successful. I remember the stringent set of rules they had for the Northern Strike Beta, and nothing, people were just there to play the game early and forget about it.

They have been successful, I was in the BF2142 closed beta (before it was open to public via fileplanet etc.) Only few servers were online and it was all about bug hunting and testing, there were also few devs playing. When the public beta came after few weeks it was completely different experience. Imho small closed beta test is better than large scale open beta.

Nobody can tell me that devs actually expect only bugtesters in open betas. They're also handled as demos with the subline: It's still in the works and you can change it.
