The closed beta in Dec 09, the demo for all platforms is in January.

Open betas never achieve anything, all you get is people that want to play the game early, very few people actually looks for bugs, and even if you try to you get killed by someone that is just there to play.

Closed betas, with a selected few get alot more work done and alot of bugs found, trust me I know , open betas are fine if all your after is stress test results.

Closed as is a few guys in the IW office playing on it, I'm on about a selected group of people (say a couple of thousand), that are there just to test not play, that's how work gets done.

And from what I've read on the TotalCoD forums IW.NET works, it does what it's meant to do. It will never be dedicated servers, but it does exactly what it was designed to do.

No but you have to sign up and be selected for the PS3 beta.
