no not really. but it would be nice if it had proper titans. Also I know they locked the last rank(s) because of hackers but isn't it time they unlocked them? they could at least let us comeplete the game properly.

unlock the remaining ranks. (come on, it's been long enough)
wake with proper titan play.
all maps with titan support. Why would they have the gpm_ti images in the level folders?

2 out of 3 ain't bad. We are getting 3 new maps and NS will be free to all. No idea about the coop.

no i have experienced a lot of crashes on other maps.

don't forget, part of the server crashing is intentional crashing by hackers who are "exploiting" a weakness in the game. baza even confirmed this.

I have to disagree. I can play on CG and Suez all day with no problems. All the vanilla maps seem fine.

However I rarely play those maps anymore. The NS maps are prone to server crashes. Operation Shingle also suffers. Highway Tampa is absolutely chronic for server crashes and has been pretty much from day1.

I mean seriously it's almost a 50/50 chance that the round will crash on that map. Why this is I don't know - maybe something to do with the surface area of the map. Tampa is one of the bigger maps. BOR and OS are also large maps. Just a guess however, I don't know why these maps are prone to this.

I think I'll put my 2142 disc back in the box till 1.51

no i don't think it's a map specific issue. it all started with highway tampa (patch 1.4) though and now affects all the maps i think.

After a recent re-install I can say one thing that would be nice if it was fixed - the endless, endless, endless server crashes on Highway Tampa, Shingle and the NS maps.

On Timeless Tampa it's getting pretty much 50/50 if you can get to the end of the round.

Ah, so that's a map issue, not a server issue? I haven't played this game in quite a while largely due to not being able to play a full round of Tampa without the server going belly up, and then taking forever to repopulate only for it to happen again after a round and a half. If it's a map issue, then yes that would be a nice fix to have.

yea the game has been suffering from those server crashes for a while now. ever since the patch that gave us highway tampa, i think 1.4.
