Okay, so I've been giving this FPS thing on consoles a serious go, and it's somewhat fun to me just b/c I suck. The PC FPS game has almost become boring to me b/c I do too well in pubs, but I don't have the time for competitive play.
SO, as I'm playing console FPS games, I am now holding the controller right and turning the sensitivity way down has also helped. But there is still one thing hindering me from being better, or I should say, making me feel more comfortable so I can do better. That thing is the FOV, field of view. I feel like I have blinders on... is there ANY way to adjust the FOV on a console? CoD:WaW was almost unplayable when the beta first came out b/c of the FOV problem where it was the same FOV as the consoles.
I'm hoping there is some way, although I can't really think of how. Let me know, and you get +rep if it works... and a virtual cookie.
