I haven't seen much discussion on the possibility of competition on BF:BC2 PC in TGL. I know TGL is a major supporter of the Battlefield series, with many of its games running successful seasonal play through the years (BF2, 2142, etc), I was wondering what the status was?
Are we going to see support for the upcoming BF:BC2 PC Mutiplayer in TGL? I think most people know that Heroes isn't exactly competition friendly, and BF1943 being a "pick it up and play for a few hours" (according to EA) game. BFBC2 seems to be the only battlefield game in the near future that will be a prospect for competition on a large scale.
I know a lot of the former BF2 and BF2142 competition teams will be playing BFBC2 on PC as soon as it hits the shelves. So, will TGL be running leagues for the game? Possibly tournaments with sexy prizes?
With RTCW2 Mutiplayer still unknown and untested, COD4 dieing out, there are very few games out there in the future that will be competition ready.
MW2 and BF:BC2 are the only games that could have a future in TGL Seasonal/Tournament play.
