Yea, it's a different game, Bad Company.

It's not the successor to BF2 and neither was it ever meant to be. Anyway, 99% chance it'll be a server side option like CoD.

As stated, Bad Company 2 was never meant to be a part of the Battlefield 2 (or whatever you may call it) series. This is what he meant.

The devs said it wasn't meant to replace or take away from BF2, but simply be another option should you fancy it.

Bad Company is a spinoff of PC Battlefield. It's not BF3, and neither are Heroes and 1943. If BF3 never comes out; or has killcams and regenerating health, then you can complain about DICE ruining Battlefield.

You know, honestly, I never even noticed it the first time I watched that video. It looks just like battlefield 2/2142 death thing.

It's not like it's zooming right in on the enemy's position so it wouldn't really affect snipers and campers too much.

It follows the person that killed you around for like ten seconds , right zoomed in on them too , you can clearly see the persons face that killed you as they run about

That's not really a kill-cam, it just follows the player who killed you. But yeah, that kind of stuff can give your killer away. No camping in BC2 eh?

At least it isn't anything like the COD Kill-cams.

BC2 is COD with vehicles.

i also noticed he threw the grenade without switching to grenade first i think. it might mean we have a new throw grenade button instead of it being slotted to a weapon key #.

the map reminds me of minsk.

The game engine looks good. It could be on the level of BF2 and 1942. But they're reducing the quality of gameplay and competitiveness for the neato Kill Cam toy. And why does the sniper have to zoom out in between shots?
