    Leaving in a round...

    Hey,

this has been bothering me xD.
If you leave a round or get kicked out of it do you keep:
    -the points you earned
    -the awards you earned
    -the dogtags you got
    -...

    ?

    :salute:Thanks!

As long as the server doesn't crash before the round ends, you will get the points, kicked or not.

what if you leave the server and then immediately join another server?

Is it an automatic loss if you quit a server before the round ends?

You get the points when the round ends on the first server I think.

The servers keep track of your score until the end of the round, then it sends it to EA stats servers.

Joining another server while having played on another server will track both servers stats from what ive heard.

Even if you are kicked you still get your points and all of your stats for that round, nothing is lost when you are kicked, but am not sure what happens when you are banned

it does not matter the reason for which you leave the server, period. all points, awards, etc go straight to EA at the end of the round. again, you're reason for leaving has NO effect on stats whatsoever. only a server crash/reset will prohibit stats from updating; and that will affect everyone playing on said server.

I've often seen guys leave a round and still get a gold/silver/bronze at the end so obviously the points still track.

That's registered too even if you leave during the round.

What I do know is that a round only counts in your win/lose ratio if you spawn in.

You sure? I've been staying until the round ends to make sure the round wasn't an automatic loss or anything.

And how long do you have to stay to show up on the scoreboard? When a team reaches 0 tickets or titan blows up, or the actual post-game score screen.

From the moment of your first spawn to the time the round ends (or leave the server) your score is accounted for.

The only circumstances in which you join a team but don't get a win/loss registered is if you do not spawn before the round ends, so don't worry if you happen to join on a game that puts you on the team mere instants away from its loss.

...Although it does omen to the steamroll coming in the next round.

Another nice thing is while you're holding spawn, your score-per-min counter is temporarily paused, so you don't get penalised if you have to visit the toilet or take a smoking break without disconnecting.
                            :)
