Trust me. If you come across a real botuser, you'll really notice it as you'll just die with no real chance to fight back. Period.

Take Wolfenstein: Enemy Territory for example. It was possible to be incredibly skilled, and I mean incredibly. But when someone started playing with an aimbot, they were impossible to take down unless you used explosives or extreme range weapons. Depends on how incognito the bot user is trying to be; some want to use one during the round just to say they did and didn't get caught, and you're right on those, you may be able to beat them as they're not trying to beat you, they're trying to beat PunkBuster.

I concur with that statement. In all my years playing the Battlefield series, I've only encounted one guy that I could honestly say was using an aimbot. It was on one of the GHF 2142 Gibraltar servers and he was camped out on top of a building with one of the LMGs and just mowing guys down. If you even poked your head out in his direction you were dead. There was nothing you could do about it. Unfortunately there wasn't an admin on at the time and the guy racked up a 70-2 score.

I also concur. In the case of someone using hacks and putting in no effort to hide them, and not periodically turning them off, it will be totally obvious.

I played on the DDso. Server today and I enjoyed it. I played pretty well with around 60-4 round but did not get a kickvote against me or accused of cheating, i think TYay0 was playing as well.

When it comes to hackers you can definitly tell the difference but i don`t find them impossible to take out tho. it is sad that crappy aimbots frame legit players.

I have the DDsO. server in my favorites and besides one issue (me using RDX on troops that resluted in a ban/unban) I really enjoy playing on their server.

About hackers ingame... I recently played agains this vermin http://battlefield.ea.com/battlefiel...&PID=193195210 first time for me to see someone hack :shakehead:

i was not banned(because there were no admins online:P, tyay and some other dude where on the server but filling it up. i played till the server crashed and i had motion sickness(i am atm sick at homeXD).

ps is it just me or do you have a sniper gold with only one headshot pin:O

Yeah I fail pretty hard with sniperguns, I got banned for using RDX on the DDsO. when I went for gold you do the math.

You can use the Carbine too to get that badge.
