LOL, one of our Clan members got me hooked on the water cooling. he works with Moose. A good friend of ours. I fear loosing 1000's in fried parts haha

Just keeps things so much quieter and cooler.

I built a friend of mine a watercooled PC, but never bothered with one myself. Until air cooling is not enough for me to hit 4Ghz, then I wont bother. :p

Nice rig btw, what are you using for liquid? Water? Coolant? Mix?

I was after a darker blue and i went with a nice UV black. Turns a very nice dark blue, almost purple under UV.

It was the basic Feser 1 UV Black :)

15k... heh, the cost for the desktop itself could not be more than 2500 at the very most. Same for the laptop. Just goes to show why FalconNW is a complete waste of money.

Then if he still wanted the custom paint, many online companies will custom paint any tower for you for only $300-400. You just send them the case, then they will take it apart completely paint it with multiple coats and then reassemble it and ship it back to you.

Not to dog the guy, but just pointing out to people that most of these elite PC companies are just money pits. They sacrifice the few sales they get by charging massive amounts of money and suckering the uninformed buyers into biting the bullet. In my eyes it should be illegal, but capitalism says otherwise.

Just because this is a BF2142 forum doesn't mean it is the only game he plays. Most gaming enthusiasts have dozens of games and multiple games installed on the PC at the same time.

I do alot of Over clocking and bench testing. I play other games, but 2142 has me hooked . Better Squad play and alot of good friends here.

Really 3 cards is over kill but after the sweet deal I got all 3 cards for a total of about 570....so it worked out a bit. A hook up from intel has also kept my prices down. So I have yet to pay full price..

Lastly for the last few yrs the company I work for has offered a 2000 dollar interest free loan to purchase a build of a computer. 1 a yr and I use it accordingly. Sad thing after 10 yrs at the company they are doing away with it next month. So now financed out of my pocket when I build another crazy rig in July lol..
