if you watch something in HD you just click on the HD icon and then start the movie from the very beginning and it should play smoother

i dont get why everyone says this stuff. it works perfectly. at this point i have no reason to use any other video upload site. it is easily accessible, takes anything you upload (unlike vimeo), plays everything very reliably, plays video in really high quality and is extremely popular so your videos get the most views.

how exactly did you implement the camera shake ? did you just use LOAADS of keyframes?
