I created this thread because i prefer to have a positve attitude ! :)

and i like that i will be able to try frostbite on the PC at last !!

No more unlocks, all the equipment is available at the start

Also no points for kills in enemy bases, it would discourage baserape for points but you could still attack the base. It seems a lot better solution than server rules for it.

spawn killing no longer counts to score or stats
Need to be closer to the flag to cap it
AA that actually works (If Bad Company is anything to go by)

Also, as a "sniper" you get a sword for the Japanese side. How awesome is that?

Destructable setting. I have never really experienced this before :p

And if its like BF1942, hopefully more vehicals. Just 2 planes on BF2 is quite a bummer.

-Wont have to rely on shoddy missile coding to kill other aircraft (guns only baby!)
-Never played 1942, so this setting is new to me in the battlefield games
-Graphics are awesome
-Destructible environments
-Regen health and ammo as long as the health doesnt regenerate TOO fast.
-Spawn raping will be rare as there is not much to gain from it anymore

Oh and aiming doesnt rely on a silly "cone of fire" luck, but follows recoil in a pattern

Ohhh BF1942 was better than BF2 when both were at their peak.

It is such a brilliant game. Many more vehicals. But they were less destructive. Tank fights were not 1v1 or 2v2. But 5v5 or more! Plane fights too were great, many many more planes. None of this J10 rapage lol! :)

Destructable enviroment,but im afraid to say thats all i see good because its all been done before, only better in the ole Pacific war mod for 1942

i like the fact it appears to have two dogfight planes per team..and god knows how many bombers..
not to mention yea base rape with the apc or tank or whatever is no longer an issue..and myself i noticed this..it appears to me that the game play is just fast fast paced ..see in wake in bf2 it was slow game play until u stumbled upon the enemy ...that is if you could get off the carrier..
anyway from watching the 4 videos i have the game play seems a lot more in your face fast pace action and i like that ..2142 was also slow everything was slow in that..

and i nearly forgot the wall glitches on wake before omg ..camping with pkm and at the chinese spawn shooting us as we get the jets and the helo..now we will blow ur as up with the entire building like it shoulda been in the first place..

Im like the fact as a console gamer, I can actually use aplane for combat in a battlefield game. The fact I can play wake island and the fact it has intense fights, or so it looks like it.

There are ranks, but they don't unlock anything since there isn't unlocks. So I guess it is more of a pride thing and to show your progress of score.

P.S. This the best thread yet on BF1943!

What I like that hasn't been said: Saw there was an option for private matches which I guess means console players get to have clan matches. I'm sur PC will have the usual flavor of server options.
Bombers give those who don't fly as much a chance to fly and bomb the heck out of stuff.
Destruction seemed to last the whole match and eventually the whole area was flattened with nowhere to hide.
Tanks will take skill with the shells having a drop to them.
It won't cost much and seems like a very high level of value.

I'm looking forward to Frostbite on PC.. That's going to make-or-break it for me. Also, will there be Singleplayer support? 'Cos if there is, then I'm buying it for sure!
