i don't think that ea intentionally wipes players who use knives on real servers. i think they are just too stupid to realize who is padding and who is not. and believe me, it's not that hard to figure out when you see guys who have 50,000 knife kills along w/ 25,000 knife deaths & server history plagued w/ "knife this" and "knife only that". heads up their arses, plain & simple. the worst part is, they fail to learn from their mistakes. we're 2+ years into 2142...they should know by now.

A monkey can tell who is padding and cheating on the leaderboards. So EA is stupider than a monkey and don't hire ppl smarter than a chimp.

i dont think EA does things unintentionally. I think some people that are in charge of the operation have some kind of motive or they simply take the whole thing as kind of a joke. There are tons of reasons why they do this kind of stuff.

Pretty f'd off tbh, I have 2142 loaded but someone stole ma keys. I'd dare say someone fubar'd the UK database atleast, many peeps have been affected.

buncha crap is what it is slaney. plenty of padders ahead of you. oh wait their knife k/d ratio isn't as high so EA is going to leave them alone. it's low because they all F#@%$^# knife each other!

Just when i think they have done the dumbest s*** ever, they always come in with a curve ball and show me a new level of stupidity. So the dummies have an auto stat reset and it doesn't recognize if someone is clean or not, what a bunch of bull

What a dumb mistake. EA is wiping clean players because they have good stats. These players are some of the most loyal players to the game. Wiping them is not going to make them want to purchase another EA game. Auto-wiping to catch padders at the expense of losing loyal customers is not a good decision IMO.

This goes to show that reporting players is a waste of time. Evidently no one really sits down and reviews if a player is clean or not, it just some auto wipe setting.

They have no problem wiping players who legitimately get knife kills on legit servers, but they can't manage to shut down servers that even have the word 'padding' in the title.
