  • Did CODWW fans hack road signs in Texas?

I saw this on the CNN.com website with the tagline "Road sign hacked to warn of zombies" and I didn't think too much of it, until I saw what was actually written on the signs....

    Construction signs warn of zombies

    Hackers change public safety message

AUSTIN (KXAN) - Austin drivers making their morning commute were in for a surprise when two road signs on a busy stretch of road were taken over by hackers. The signs near the intersection of Lamar and Martin Luther King boulevards usually warn drivers about upcoming construction, but Monday morning they warned of "zombies ahead." (more)...
Here's some screencaps I took from the video in the article:

Not just "zombies", but NAZI zombies! lol  I wonder if the so-called hackers were fans of the nazi zombie mode in CODWW?

    EDIT: vid now on Youtube

lol, that's soo funny since I just checked on hacknmod.com a few days ago and saw a post about "how to hack electronic road signs"

      http://www.hacknmod.com/hack/how-to-...ic-road-signs/ https://www.ourpcb.com/what-happened...knmod-com.html

Seems they 'may' have used that as there source for finding out how to hack the signs!

This is a government coverup. Anytime there is a zombie outbreak they use the media like this to make it seem a hoax.

Should also check the missing persons reports, I bet there will be an increase in people missing. Nothing large, but missing people that makes no sense. May be ex-military or in the health industry.

Id keep my eye out the next few days, just in case.

^ They called us crazy. They said we were paranoid. They said it was impossible.

But all of us here know...it's just a matter of time. :|:

Don't literally rofl in the car or you might become a dead man, then a zombie...

I probably would've had to pull over if I saw that b/c I would not have believed me eyes at all.

The question is: Who turned around from the sign in fear? Who sped up in the hopes to fight off the zombies? and is the outbreak contained yet?

Just when you think the world couldn't suck any worse, something like this comes along and brightens your hopes and mood! Classic.

I seriously wish a bunch of zombies would attack. Life is getting boring and I'm so young. I want to be in those life/death situations where you'd normally crap your pants, and own some zombies with my M16A4... *sigh* dreams...

I am legend would be cool! Dead snow looks nice too!

                              LOL Bradley.

You dont want a full blown Class 4 zombie attack going on. In the end you end up having to kill your friends and family because they get infected. You will also run out of bullets and have to go to hand-to-hand against the undead. Not a pretty thing.

Maybe a little Class 1 zombie attack wouldnt be bad, but you may end up the scape goat cover up guy for the government. You kill these zombies and the government says you killed these poor sick people in cold blood and they lock you up to keep you silent.
