There i just recovered from the unrecoverable position

    In your words....Now what?
Oh please, it's quite obvious you try to represent your "opinion" as fact:

Once you get all the unlocks, theres nothing to fight for.

The glitches in maps wouldn't be a problem, its the players for exploiting them, everything wrong with the game is down to the players...

but...im not sure where i went with that but...its not fun no more.
It's like you don't think, at all, when you make a post.

      Sorry we have side tracked...

      what was the original question/topic.

Actually this is my fourth or maybe fifth time round in BF2 with a new soldier.

Each time I rank up faster and to be honest enjoy it more. Now I understand the "sequence" of events and what happens each game on each map I have adapted.

My advice to someone just starting? Play Special Forces small player large map games.

Firstly. as soon as you get unlocks with SF you get two unlocks each time YAY.
Secondly play your cards right and you can get larger scores per game and that means faster rankings. Also in infantry only games try being commander. Not many go for it as theres no big guns to rain hell down on poor unsuspecting civilians.. sorry enemy with. But on a good team you often get a medal and can watch and learn. Just do the job right!!!! (Don't get into undue amounts of combat even if the server allows it )

Also when playinf commander try to sit in something medla/badge based. A redundant aa gun, a jeep, anything. It all adds up to a medal somewhere. Sadly.. cough cough.. i have got air defense and ground defense gold badges sitting in ground guns and using artillery sob sob I confess.
At start of round apply for commander BEFORE you join. You will see the yellow writng behind your map if you suceed. If you get it then choose a kit you have least hours in. This way you earn time in each kit which is important for the badges...

Sigh this has all been said before hasn't it. hehehehe.

Tomies frig me man, drop it.

Its obvious to you that i try to represent my opinion as fact, it will to you because you see it that way so you can have a little b!tch at me.

I NEVER said my opinion was fact, read the posts, its says I all the time, I AS IN ONE PERSON! As In ME and ME Alone!

Stop nit picking and drop it, you say i don't think, take a look at yourself first.

And yes sorry its gone off topic, continue...

I don't see the words 'I' or 'me' anywhere in there. Just gtfo or get banned from TBF2 already if you hate everything so much.

If you liked the first 6 hours that you played, then you'll like the game.

As someone else stated, try to play on different servers and learn the settings of the server. See which one(s) you like the most and stick with it.
