it's just a dragon modelled into a house on Courtyard map on MP.

it's part of a statue which was previously on top of the building seen here. Unfortunatley for mr.dragon, some P-47d mustangs gave him an early christmas present in the form of 500lb bombs. He was unimpressed.

Dragons are a mythological symbol in Japan, not just in China or Korea. So having the dragon head icon on the map isn't out of place (if this is indeed a Japan map, which it looks like (Courtyard maybe?)).

And if I had to guess, the fire looks to be the remains of a grenade/bazooka/arty or other explosion that went off, and from where it is placed, it looks like the dragon is breathing fire.
