There are glitch spots on the console versions that some people have discovered, allowing them to get to high (eg. 90) levels. Sounds like others may have found them as well.

Without insulting anyone's skill, I have to be skeptical...it should be pretty near impossible to get to such a high level "legitimately", as eventually someone will make a mistake, or a max-ammo will not show up and the Ray-Guns will run out of juice.

Highest we got to on the original zombie map was 23 with 3 people:


On the Christmas mod map we managed to get to 21 with just 2 (we had a third who dropped at Round 18):

Nice pic lol! I was cracking up on that map where my fellow gamer or I would have to take on a huge horde following you after your buddy was down. It was funny to watch and play. Man, I hope even more zombie maps come out. Hopefully, they can get http redirect fixed also, if they do, and if it would be possible to put zombie mode on a dedicated server, this mode b/c an entire game by itself. Yes, I know, Left 4 Dead, but this pwns your face, shut yo mouth! :p

naw, it's just alot harder alone, even with two people, once one of you gets a decent weapon you can make it to 10+ no prob, and having 3 people is really when the luxury comes in, 4 it seems like they send more or they are harder, or maybe just bad random box drops, but if your well armed and co-ordinated, they you can really be zombie killing machines.

Level 22 with 4 players. 2 had to drop out so Level 23 ended quickly. Our strategy was to open the help room after 5 or so rounds. We all bought thompsons and then hit mystery box until ray gun or flame thrower. We held the main room until round 15 then abandoned it. Two people held the windows in the help room while the other 2 held the entrance to the help room. The two holding the entrance had Thompson/Browning and ray guns. The two holding windows had Flamethrower/Thompson and Browning/Ray gun. Idk how much farther we would have made it. It was getting crazy at that point.
