    Re: Co-Op

Co-op has it's own Challenges system and you also gain XP towards ranking up your MP profile. However, it is hard to gain a lot of XP in co-op since your 'real' teammates will also be trying to complete the objectives on the maps. You can also find the deathcards while in co-op as well as in the SP game.

The zombie mod in co-op is a complete hoot.

      Re: Co-Op

One of the secrets to getting massive pts in co-op, is not to trigger the end of the level. For example, in the first mission "Semper Fi", you can blow up the bunker then have guys stand at the side of the fence near the bunker and shoot enemies for hours. As long as no one goes down near the river, enemies keep coming and it won't trigger the end cinematic.

I hopped into a game yesterday when the guys did that. We started, and they made sure everyone understood not to go down to the beach. So they just got to the bunker and murdered endless waves of enemy troops for big pts. Once everyone had gotten enough/leveled up/completed the challenges associated with it, then they ended it.

Cheap/sneaky, but it works. I'd imagine most levels have such a trigger point that, as long as you don't go past it, you can rack up tons of pts/kills.

Whiskey, Unclean009, and I just played a few hours of co-op, fun stuff! DEFINITELY better with real people by your side. Oh, and the tank mission was actually a lot of fun with others, instead of just yourself.

As far as ranking up goes, you'd be better off in mp. You don't seem to get a lot of xp for the missions, but it's nice that it at least counts.

          Try it out!

Yeah, I ranked up from level 19-22 while playing in Co-Op. I played Co-Op for fun, not for points.
