I don't like playing with people I don't know for a few reasons. One is that, obviously, TGN'ers are more likely to be actually good at the game. Plus, its really hard to get strangers to work together. Often they'll run into a massive horde, or start firing shots into them, even after I yell though the mic "FLASHLIGHTS OFF! DON'T FIRE." Then we get swarmed when we're not ready, or before I can catch their attention and throw a pipe bomb. They usually die or get me killed, and we repeat the same thing OVER AND OVER again.

Pubbers over here are actually not bad, they heal you, provide covering fire as well as shoot boss zombies off of you, and are generally vigilant (In fact I'm usually the one that has to tell them to advance, as they seem to take things really slow...).

The only qualm I have is that they have a propensity for friendly fire, especially in close combat situations where it's smarter to just smack zombies to death (which I really like to do ).

Also, does anyone bother meleeing hunters off team members? Everyone I see just shoots them off. But do you still take friendly fire damage when caught by a hunter or smoker?

Teammates don't take damage while being constricted or pinned by a hunter, once free though they do.

I always melee FIRST when a hunter attacks someone, assuming I'm close enough. Then you can kill them with a single shotgun blast, and I think they pinned person will take less damage (as you're knocking the hunter off faster)

                I'm going to get it.

I'm not sure it will be a classic, but it will be immense fun to play, especially if you fancy just playing something quickly that you can play with one or two people you know.

Now that the full game has been released, is the demo now completely locked out (unless you purchase)? Just wondering so I know whether to uninstall it or not...if I buy the full version, it will be on disc, not Steam, so I won't need to keep the e-version demo on my PC.

                    thanks in advance.
