You're asking for away too much... PPSH's, flamethrowers, tanks, dogs... There never was anything tactical about the CoD series. It will always be a fast paced game.

Well, some aspects are somewhat tactical, but yea, more of an arcade shooter/bundle of fun.

Yeah, I wrote that before I saw the new optical sight with the black dot on it. :|: At least it's now with weapons that don't fire as quickly as in COD4. That should make it a bit better, hopefully.

I liked the G3 :) , and the M14...just not when I came up against someone using an automatic weapon.

But the recoil in the vids is very, very small (hell, even for the Thompson it isn't much at all). Hopefully it'll be more on PC.

The WWII feeling again. So somewhat the guns also. I miss bolt action rifles and more primitive guns. :) The grittiness of this game is also going to be great. OOOOOOOOOOOOH, and CTF!!!

*cough* So let me lay it out:

-CTF, woot!!!
-Bolt Action Rifles
-WWII setting

This summed it up pretty well for me, feeling that WW2 experience again after CoD4 and BF2142 will be a great change.
