I use it mainly to join friends in non-steam games, let friends join me, or to take screenshots.

Xfire just started working ingame TF2 again So now I'm online 24/7

Once you turn off the annoying ripping sound its all good, has become the lag monster in cod4 recently tho :\

That ripping sound is the most annoying sound of any chat client I've ever used, flowed closely by the Buduloop sound MSN makes :)

I remember nearly ****ting myself when i was playing Bioshock late one night and I had those "ripping" sounds on, since then I've kept them off.

I always have Xfire on, even when i'm at school. I also leave Xfire on when i'm playing a game on Steam such as TF2. If i get messaged i saw wait one second and when i die or stop i message back. Really the only time i'm Xfire is if my parents turn it off or i'm restarting my computer.

I went back to using xfire a while ago, its ok but some games it doesnt like and therefor my gameplay suffers, i dont however have a problem with people interupting me (i prefer to keep to myself)
