Just bought World in Conflict!

If your playing online, your totally dependant on your team, so don't expect to own immediately. Other than that just enjoy the awesome experience

I'm still getting used to playing. The controls are so different to C&C, especially having to use the WASD keys to move.

^ i hate that (WASD thing) either way the game is awesome, i finished the SP campaing and its nothing like CoH. Its really a wide map battle kinda game, could get very strategic at moments, i use a lot of airpower and off map arty! it gives a good show

Online is awesome, Enigma pretty much summed the MP aspect.

I'm not great at the whole strategy, i'm more of a C&C type armour hoarder and main rush.

But the newest Ati 8.9 seems to boost the performance much for WiC.

Play through the sp campaign, its awesome. Also online its great so the game wins in many ways. I think Domination is the most fun, there you can also tank rush freely.

Um Alex i would go for the Tutorial first mate, its very good, and helps a lot i tried it at first, its good to play the tutorial before playing the SP campain

I did the tutorial. Is there a skirmish style play in WiC?

^ yep.but Skirmish is really not a WiC thing.

Go to Multiplayer, then you will see a Add Bots tab, then you can pretty much figure it out from there. I played Skirmish, liked MP online better.
