Does searching insurgent kits still help your team gain intel points?

Do all grenadier kits come with scopes now?

Is there any advantage to the SKS vs. the AK-47 in single shot? I've heard the SKS isn't more accurate than the AK-47.

Not sure about the first question. I think that was removed, but dont quote me on it

Yes, all grenadier kits (exept AK 47) come with a scope.

AK 47 > SKS in every situation.

From the PR 0.8 guide:

Intelligence
To reveal the approximate location of insurgent weapons caches while playing
Insurgency intelligence has to be gathered. The following list shows the
amount of intelligence points gained or lost due to different actions.

• Insurgent killed: 1 IP
• Civilian or insurgent arrested: 7 IP
• Civilian killed (Under penalty conditions): -7 IP
• Insurgent officer killed: 7 IP
• Insurgent officer arrested: 14 IP

Aww, I think searching insurgent kits was interesting, sniping him from 600m shouldn't give the same intel as killing him and then searching through his stuff.

But I like how you can arrest everyone now, not just civis.

You could have arrested insurgents or civilians in 0.6 and on.
