I have also noticed that i NEVER EVER EVER get switched when my team is loosing.
When am on the winning team, people on the loosing team want to change sides to be on the winning team, also people dissconect when loosing instead of staying till the end of round and leaving then.
Its still damn annoying to say the least, and it happenes to me EVERY DAY, some times up to 20-30 times a day depending on how long i play for.
DAMN i can't stand it anymore, am going to start and play squad leader.Comment

Some server admins will auto switch someone who is doing good to the other team to get the other team doing better. In BF2CC there is an option on a players name to auto switch to the other team on the next death, thats usually what happens.
If I remember correctly sometimes Ive switched teams when I was alive, that sukcs even more especially when youre lining up for a juicy kill or about to cap a flag.Comment
