Yeah same I gave up on spawning on them, even if they are completely stopped.

What a great guy, that's another reason why you shouldn't pick up passengers in things like tanks and walkers. The guns in those are not useful to have a gunner just staying in them unless he just wants a ride. It's better for the driver to be able to switch if he needs to, than have some guy constantly in there. Especially in walkers, tanks its useful too sometimes.

Giving someone a ride is a lottery. Sometimes you'll get some guy who decimates the enemy with all the tools at his disposal. Other times some clown who makes it his mission to alert every piece of armour on the map to your position.

I was on Port Bavaria riding along in the Goliath. We were 200 yards out of the hangar and under attack from various Pilum rounds and Rorsch cannons. A walker takes up position 30 yard ahead of us and merrily sets about firing his rockets at us. A RDX monkey appears and starts doing his thing on the front of the IFV.

Pilot just sits there firing the mounted shotgun at the walker. There are three other people in the Goliath. Cue chat messages - "Take the ****ing walker down", "What the **** are you doin you noob", "Move it, Move it"

I type in "Use your mines you ****"

The classic response from the driver, "I'm support"

"RMB RMB RMB RMB"

The IFV has been destroyed, Fight harder men.

Suffice to say the guy was colourfully reminded to never set foot near the Goliath again for the rest of all time.

looool the ammount of idios that try land on the titan before the shields go down / try land in the hangar is incredible xD

i wonder who was more n00by the pilot or the idiots who sat their as they were flown to oblivion :laugh:

I've accidently podded on it. Never tried to land a ship when the shields are up though.

this guy on fall of berlin went recon and rdx'ed an enemy flag, thinkin it would give him lots of kills. few mins later i saw him up in that big tower thingy. then when he saw all the people down there at the base, he pressed the button an spammed the console with teamkillls lol

I was in an Titan AA gun, some guy podded right on top of it with a Lambert. He goes to the side of it, I spin it around. He spins around. I spin around again, he starts to unload the clip of lambert into me. I shot at him and managed to kill him.

I was stalking prone at the nearest silo to the PAC Titan on Verdun when an enemy engy whizzes up in a FAV and drops a few MMs. He gets back in and starts to pull away when I fire a few potshots from my Baur into his vehicle; he does a few donuts in it before he spots me at which point he jumps out with the intention of shooting me with his sub I suppose. As he exits, his vehicle goes neutral and all the MMs home in on it, destroy it and he dies in the explosion trying to run away, lolz nub! :laugh::laugh:

I still constantly see people jump from the titan like heroes and land to become limp ragdolls. How hard is it to space?

On some occasions, I found that the parachute simply did not work, try as you may. :cry:

A few months back, I was at silo 1 on Suez doing my kill the infidels thing. While I was laying out a scattering of Engineer droppings to mark my territory, this guy comes running up to me spamming "I need a medic!". I literally have a motion mine in my hand at the time. He follows me all around the silo shooting at my feet spamming about a medic while I'm saying "sorry" and "no can do". Finally he TK'd me and I wrote in team chat "WTF was that man?" He says "Why didn't you just heal me?"....

yep, sometimes pressing the space bar a dozen times just isn't enough...go figure:cry:
