ok so still messed up i tried to play today and i just got kicked!!!!
it says
"punkbuster" kicked vertoxic52025 player for 0 min
RESTRICTION: unknown windows API fucnction [131152]

i so ****ing tired of this ******** it use to run perfect but i had to re-install vista then re-install BF2 then i get this **** after i do everything u guys said!!!

Don't forget to do your windows updates.

From PB:
Start the game, minimize it.
Click "Start" => "Run" => type "cmd"
Type "tasklist /SVC > tasks.txt"

Post the contents of the tasks.txt on the forums inside code tags.

if your running WindowBlinds turn it off before entering any game..

it should stop that error..

also some Firewalls will cause this like Tiny Personal Firewall
