Vista and Nvidia driver updating.

Do you use a driver cleaner? Is it necessary? I've been reading that vista is supposed to be more streamlined with drivers, on these forums from multiple users. So can I actually just uninstall the old driver and reinstall the new one, perhaps without even restarting vista, or using a 3rd party cleaner? (ps drivercleaner isnt free nemore)

Uninstall, restart, install new, restart, game. Just to be safe.

I haven't used DriverCleaner for a while. I just update my drivers on top of the old ones, restart, and there we go. Haven't had any issues because of this.
