although you get chavy people who do up their cars, mainly badly, not all people who do up their cars are chavy, some of them do it cause they genuinely enjoy working on them. besides most chavs are bums and can't afford cars anyway!:awes

True. I wasn't having a go at all people who do up their cars but I think its hilarious when you see small cars with big exhausts to make them sound fast when they they're not all all.
