If your looking for something we might be just what you're looking for, and there is no money involved. Our servers are donations only (no pressure). I noticed that you like playing mods also, you guys should check out CF2142.

We are a tournament very competative but I think you and your clan mates would fit right in. We are set up into 2 Armies (RSE and AOF), each army has 3 line companies, a special forces, and a flying wing. If you guys join your clan would stay together and be assigned to one of the companies. We are a tight knit community, and don't just play on together on the battle day. Check it out you might just have found a new home.

Its been a wild ride, but 2142 no longer has the appeal that it did before. We are all burnt out, and sick of pretending to like it when we really don't care.

Have you guys considered moving back to BF2? The community there is larger and the game takes a lot longer to get sick of (especially with the expansion/boosters).

Back on topic: I don't recommend joining a clan that you haven't played with for at least a week.

bud just doesn't like us very much and is doing his best to take shots at us.

If I needed this game to stroke my ego, his comments might actually hurt. However, it does bring up a good question people need to ask when looking for a clan. Generally speaking, there is a difference in a Comp Team and a Clan. One of them is more like a family and the other is ......

well, change of mind- there are still a few left, and i have decided to stay with =L13= for better or for worse, even though i, for one, wont be playing much BF2142 anymore- too into Medieval 2 Total War, as well as Combat Arms....
it doesnt have the appeal it used to have.

Some try to extort money from you. Tactical gamer for instance, in order to be there friend you must be a supporting member of tactical gamer. Supporting meaning coughing up 10-20 bucks a month. So keep a weathered eye out.

For the record, it's completely optional to be a Supporting Member. It costs 8.95$ a month but you can choose to help fund the servers further if you want to. You can be a SM and not wear the tags, and vice-versa. There isn't a recruitment or approval process. You wear the tags because you want to.

I didn't need to suck any dicks to become friends with the folks at TG. I just played the damn game.
