To my knowledge, the AK-101 is made with a mechanism to prevent the gun from kicking, Thus making it more accurate (Since you don't have to worry TOO much about kicking) So basicly that little mechanism is just making it more accurate cause the Kick isn't as outragous as it normally would be.

Now with this in mind, This is 2142...The year that is, I imagine it's more than possible.

That's the AK-107 and 108, AK-101 is just 5.56mm and with better construction.

it does make sense actually think of it like your guy fires his mg and gradually gets used to and compensates for the recoil by further bracing himself over the period of a a few seconds.:thumbsup:

Also, while firing unscoped you can look at the tracers and adjust your fire. :)

BF2 machineguns were annoying in that people would drop you instantly because it was too accurate with the first shot. Machineguns is generally seen as supposed to be less accurate than rifles.

Added to that was the ingame mechanics how proning gave an instant accuracy buff, unlike the the initial accuracy debuff before settling down used in 2142. People were using the machineguns like assault rifles and pwning everyone in all kinds of infantry combat situations that you normally don't expect from a support kit. I'm also glad that 2142 machineguns generally does less damage per bullet because it made people rely on quantity, rather than quality of their shots. That's the whole idea behind using a machinegun.



After watching those vids, I have to wonder if Corbin had some counterstrike in his gaming history. It may not be AWPing but there were some similarities

For the editing part, go to videocopilot.net. He basically copied them.
Which isn't bad at all. It's nice to watch the video, especially the synchronizing.

Annnd, its not a montage... we call these frag movies. Montages are what kids who think they're good at Halo 3 post on youtube. These are high quality movies that go through production and months of editing and filming.

MLG is all about console gaming... I wouldn't want them to implement any PC interest because they're stained by consoles. :P The quality of your average MLG'er (Halo 3) is not what you think... I've played members of MLG in one on one and tied them, and the most I play of Halo 3 is maybe 3-4 times a month.

I miss CPL... and CEVO is eh, and CGS is okay...

yeah i dont know about the whole console gaming thing but you know how everyone wants to think that they are playing the most popular/skillful game on the most pristegious system type.

im personally biased towards computer gaming requiring more technical skill to be good at but then skill is really only relative since in order to be the best at any game on any system you need to be better than the others in ways of speed, intelligence, experience and be more technically proficient.

and then also every different game requires slightly different kinds of skills to be refined in order to be really good at the game
