seems like you guys have been having some fun.. i was busy all last week but should be able to get some games in the week... that is if everyone isn't playing mgs4 :)

Yeah I've been playing that recently, or should I say watching it, as the cut scenes seem to be about 1/2 hour long each with about 10 mins gaming in between. Still good tho :)

yeah they were a great feature, but realistically it would have been hard to have them in this game (being on a console)

Its hard to find a game recently. When i can drag myself away from MGS4 and play the BC demo, im lucky to find a game with over 4 people in it.

I suppose alot of people bought a PS3 for MGS4, so thats where they all must be lol.

Since the d-pad isn't used right now... They could use MGO like commands...

From up arrow you get 4 different texts(attack ones), press right to say "get the gold" for example.

From down arrow, you would get 4 defensive lines. "Cover the right flank" for example

And from right and left arrows you could say thanks, need a ride etc...

So it's not hard to have them... Since it's been done before...

Like being able to call for a medic, i swear the amount of times i have jumped up and down (literally) in front of support guys, only to be ignored, is getting ridiculous.

To be honest I've given up on medics. I had the same problem with a medic I ran up to cos I had very little health. He just stood there watching me as I tried to get him to throw a medi pack down. After a few minutes I just started shooting at his feet but he still didn't do anything :wall:

We really could do with some basic commands like "Thanks" and "Medic" and maybe assign them to the D-pad like you suggested.

I make first aid my priority when im playing support, checking my teammates for health before checking for targets. They all have guns, so if there are any threats then they can handle them.

Its amazing the progress you can make when ONE person bothers to use the medi kit.

You ain't the only one who has jumped in-front of medic... :shakehead:

When i play as support, i seriously spam those medkits around... When i run past friendly, i most of the time throw medkit or two at his feet...

But the sad part is that lot's of people doesn't even know that the medkit is in the support class, or they just don't care/realize that someone needs medic.

Those commands what i posted before, they are so simple to use, and they are effective... In the Beta, i remember when the whole team used those commands, and we were pwning.

And even if the whole team didn't use them, it was a good way to let people know what's happenin...

So DICE should seriously look into those commands...

It would be nice to have commands on the dpad, even if it is just to ask for health. or they could just have it so that when you reach below 40% health u automatically call for a medic like some cod2 mods.. and i think they should make the sign above the head of a teammate that needs health a lot easier to see sometimes i just think that support guys don't even know you need health

I think that you start automatically scream for medic when low on health. And there's little sign over your head.

And support guys see people on low health on the minimap.

Im not sure about this though. Im pretty sure that i have heard a teammate screaming for medic...

But that thing doesn't work good enough to get people to realize that someone needs patching up. They should put huge sign over the guys head, so the newcomers figures out too that somethings up and i need to go there...
