Filing a complaint to EA about incorrect use of banning??

I was on WCK (west coast killa's) playing operation shingle and i was pretty much owning (was having a great round) our team was winning and by a decent amount.

the round was almost over and the commander resigned so i took over, next thing i know i get banned for excessive ping, my ping was 50! and then i try and rejoin and it says banned for excessive team kills, theres NO TK on that server!

what a bunch of pathetic losers that server/clan is. i hate communities like that. is there a place we can file a complaint to EA about shady clan servers like this? :shakehead:

i guess i'll take it as a compliment to get banned for kicking ***

I'm afraid your just gonna have to swallow this one.

I was kicked from a server last night for killing an admin with a walker. I was at the second flag out of EU base on Anzio and was warned over chat for 'spawncamping'. Like WTF!

I just replied 'I was nowhere near your base, if you don't like losing don't play, loser' before getting kicked. There's nothing you can do about these pissy little admins other than not play on their servers.

its weird i dont recall seeing a admin on the server though.. oh well whatever hopefully no one will play on that server if they keep doing that type of stuff

wck is one of the worst servers around, they ban everyone.

excessive tk on ff off server.. that what i was banned for. It was more like being at the top of the leader board

Shooting inf with a saaw = ban
using rdx = ban
Being in a clan besides wck = ban
knifing an admin of wck = ban

These are some things that friends of mine have also been banned for.

This server is horrible, and gives bf2142 a bad rep.

Just go to a different sever. There are some good ones out there.:thumbsup:

you can also ask to have your ban lifted on their website. But they will just ban you again after they lift it. What a joke

^ good to see im not alone, yea im not stressing it, but people like that shouldnt be allowed to have 2142 servers. oh well screw them! im not asking for my ban to be lifed, they can shove it.

theres tons of better servers out there

Stay away from WCK... Not only do their members hack (watch some BR of Tony.p, you will see what I mean), they kick anyone who is better then them. I was playing some Suez Titan, and I had 90 points before the shields went down (all from capping and defending silos) and I got banned by Tony for "Stats Padding". Anyone who says "GG" at the end of a round that Tony doesn't win gets banned. The person who gets the gold star on a round that Tony doesn't win gets banned too...

Overall, just stay off that crappy server.

PS: When you connect to the WCK Suez, take a look at the rules. The "Stay off of Towers" rule is because of me going 80-3 in an air transport parked on top of one :p

All of that ROE stuff was a bunch of fluff from the beginning. ROE was more like a set of guidelines for players than set in stone rules, there was never any official EA or DICE backing.

EA not will do anything, they just say you to contact admins of server, thats all, i know because i send them my complain about ban with no reason (admin abuse) and i get "answer" "

individuals who have the right to administrate the players on their server
as they see fit. This means that they can remove you from the server at any
time for a variety of reasons. Electronic Arts does not take action against
server administrators for exercising their ability to remove players from
the server.

If you would like to continue playing on that server, I would suggest
checking their server message to see if there is any means of appealing the
removal from the server, either via email or a server forum.

so they can ban, kick you for anything they want (i be baned for cheating because i kill admin, off course he play few days and noone should be able to kill him so im for sure cheat)

[BM]w8liftin got his stats wiped for "Creating an artificial scoring environment". He would kick/ban anyone who got into the gunship first, or anyone who killed him.

I'd like to see a system where you can mark servers as bad. I think we've all had experiences like this where admins kick for pissy little reasons or artificially control scores. Taking commander position for the winning team or stacking.

I just leave the server but within a hour I've forgotten the name of the server/clan. A similar system to the 'favourites' on the server selection screen would be good. Maybe for BF3
