    the console does NOT work when the map load screen shows up, only when its says 'setting up game' etc...(with black background)

        But you can use console if it's downloading something...

                yeah i hate when u go to join a server and the connection is obviously going to time out but u have to sit there and wait until it gets to 10.. that sucks
