Well, i make it 1:17pm by my clock, I just phoned play.com myself and got some dappy cow on the other end who had no idea what i was talking about and just said they will be getting sent out all day.

Apparently there are alot of orders to get through. This wouldn't be so bad if they weren't already 3 days or so behind already.

To be honest it wouldn't suprise me if we didn't even get our codes today. From what I can tell no one on the EA UK forums has got theirs either so were not the only ones.

Play.com will have to send them today if not then they are liable for false marketing.

and that is breaking the law.

You wouldn't think something so simple would be so hard to do.

That lass on the phone made it sound like they were trying to invent a car that ran on water, not send an email with a code in it. Can't be too hard surely.

She also said that emails have been going out all day, but from what you guys are saying, thats clearly not true.

Most of the techs there dont have a clue what they are saying lol you would think they would get tech support that know abit about the games etc.
