There is no point in naming anyone.

Ive come across about four hackers today alone, one of them was the "KAIN" and the other was "Fight club", the notorious leaderboard whores, all doing very atypical things and they were both on at the same time. The other guy was h20-noob and killer-bot, who was the same guy using name spoofs.

They were all using name spoofs, and so will most of the hack-users you encounter. So please for the love of christ do NOT go around spreading that x y and z hacks unless you have confirmed their identify.

I also checked 2142-stats, to make sure it was not a name spoofer. And he was on that server at the given time. So, he is from these forums.

I only caught this a second time, that'll teach me for posting when tired.

I'm not sure if bf2142 stats reporting him as playing is damning, someone with more knowhow will have to tell me that, or perhaps y'all can explain it? :)

Well said. We had "KAIN" on our Gib server a while back and one of my members knifed him. He was all pumped up about it, until we looked into it and saw the IP came from Virginia instead of Germany and that the IP was also linked to a bunch of other top player's names. Obviously someone was busy impersonating players.

GeneralSky? I have banned him from L13 servers under the alias KAIN. That was back when you could whisper to them and find out their real names... Now if you try that your game crashes to desktop :hmm:

That looks well dodgy to me. In my opinion, if the 'headshot' overlays are accurate, the guy is being helped. However this evidence is not enough. If we had the start of the round when S was being sniped in quick succession or a BR recording as further evidence.

Does GQ offer BR files then? I go try download them. They don't, sorry.
Maybe an Admin of GameQuorum has access to them?

This thread is utterly useless. The video is not completely convincing to me (misses the obvious jerky aimbot aiming) and not naming the suspect is ridiculous. Either put up or shut up. Being angry because you're pwnd is not enough. Let the guy defend himself, you mentioned he's on this forum. Otherwise it's time to close this thread.


PS If you're want to be sure you've shanked KAIN, look in your tag list after the game.

Oh man that guy was so annoying. I played on that server yesterday and that guy was doing headshots on everyone. I tried to snipe him back, but he just killed me as soon as I passed the corner...

At first I thought he was just really skilled but when he went 60-1 or something it started to get a little suspicious.
