8:09am pacific and I can't sign in to either my BF2 account or my 2142 account. This is the 3rd day that there have been sign in problems. Oh well it's the same-old biz with Ea, hope it is only a maintenance problem.

It's been working off and on for me all day. Just now though I've been sitting here cursing at my monitor. Always says "Server has refused the connection" and or "There was a database error".

12:45 pm pacific here in Vegas and just got disconnected once again on 2142. Tried to reconnect with no luck so I went to BF2 and got the message that the server refused the connection. Great....does that mean that some players are going to have to pay some type of fee to be reinstated. Nothing would surprise me as it relates to EA. After 3 days of this, enough is enough!

I got discoed when a game ended, can't log on now. It is May 1st, so they(EA), are doing something that is so secret that they can't notify the community of server downtime...

No one should have to pay to get re-instated.. Did you have to PAY to start playing? Besides the internet connection.. IT is just a major Flip up on EA's behalf, but they always come through..
