Depends on situation and map. Take Wake. There is nothing more pleasurable than raping chinese when both (or at least 1) J10s down Basically USMC should always win when both J10s are down

Location, position and technique make no difference in gaining a resource. If you're in the catchment area for entry then hitting 'E' from any position will get you in there. The key factor I found is that when it's me vs another guy for resource it assuming both folk are using the same stand in the catchment area banging the 'e' ket technique then generally the guy with the lower ping wins the resource.

Being an ex dedicated jet whore, I can assure you that its all about the "position". You need to be precisely at that location. The difference becomes imminent when usually guys get into the jet when the jet "spawns" and falls down, and you get into the jet a splitsecond before it spawns. Even with a 150+ ping. Every map is different though.

The fact is I drop tickets like they're hot the moment I get that chopper, so even if I wait 2-3 minutes to get it, the team benefits a lot more than if I were to run around capping flags that the opposition will cap right back.

Yep. I've seen a few guys no matter how many people wait for jet/heli they always get in. Was my mistake I didn't notice where they were standing. Somewhere near pink spot in my 1st image on Dalian

There really is no one spot. Stand dead on and you get booted off the pad as the vehicle spawns.

But, I have no experience, because, if im waiting for a vehicle and someone walks up after me and gets it, i kick them!

Then again, i'll always wait my turn :)

I have been teamkilled so many times in the past couple of weeks waiting in line for armor (when I was first) that ground pounding seems to be a blessing. There was either no admin on the server or he was on crack, etc, etc. Just started back playing the last month after a long layoff and could not remember playing with so many scum bags as I have encountered since my return.

First off: LoL at the people who don't know to hold e. When you ask me for a ride, you will be run over.

So... why would anyone give away this information? I know the best places to stand, and the best countermeasures to be used against your teamates, but I wouldn't dare let this info fall into the hands of the other аsshats on the carrier!

Oh and if FF is off I drop my bombs before takeoff... you know, get rid of the suicidals.
