The problem with allowing full base rape is that it will empty a server out. Most players will not spawn in if they know they will die right away.

If those people would spawn on their squad leader, they wouldn't be spawn camped. It isn't complicated.

I love how in the video proving Xiani is noncap attacking, he's getting shot at..you can see it right at the end when the pk-rocket kills the guy..he was most definitely shooting out.

I watch the video all the time hell I even might make an avatar out of it. I guarantee that most people would have done the exact same thing especially if the guy has a Ganz and is just sitting there shooting you. But alas, an NfB guy was in a car that was blown up which means it must be an act of baserape.

HAHA! I totally agree guys...base rape is spawn-camp-tastic. And yes, inaction to nubs = you deserve to die.

But...and yes, I have a fukin' but. I think that killing a server sucks...as fun and rewarding as saying that you and your rez-whoring buddy just raped every noob in the server...sometimes it's just not the right server.

And finding new servers with your awesome squad because you killed it is annoying and I have grown to dislike that more than just holding my gun back from raping base every second...but either way, i don't really care, noobs are noobs and they deserve to be punished for being terrible...lmfao.

My thoughts, camp the sheet out of them...but if you join servers that don't allow it, don't b!tch when you get banned...even if the rule's stupid to begin with.

Lol, Xiani you come here and register, and bring some of your friends to revive a thread that was dead for three months to take shots at me. Let me see if I get this right, I should be taking advice on how to run a server from someone that has never run a successful server.

There are servers out there that allow spawn camping and base rape, play on those.

Second, I have run a successful server, guild, and team, and even if I hadn't, what does that have to do with anything. You don't run a successful server, not by my standards, so I'll discuss when and where I want.

Fito, it's not complicated. If 90% of the people playing this game are indeed useless, letting them out of the uncap isn't going to make a difference, so what does it matter. And when are you going to jump on xfire and knife people with me, chump.

You don't know whether or not I have run a successful server, dolt. For the record, I have, and yes, I will continue to play elsewhere. I wouldn't play on your server if you lifted it.

Join a squad spawn on your squad leader kill and revive. Thats how to not get spawn raped.

Invalid argument.
If we have another CP, and your whole team is raping the uncap, we spawn there instead and invade all your CPs.
But, if our uncap is getting raped, chances are that's our only spawn point. Which means our SL is spawning there too. Which means he's getting killed just as much. So it doesn't matter where we spawn.

in competition, i say all is fair in love & war. BUT as a pub server admin, i say no baseraping. it kills servers. you want those who visit your server to enjoy fun, fair play. most people will just start leaving the server if being camped.

I think I would say that bad Teams, get base raped. You can put 1-2 good players on a team, but if the other 14 are disorganized and ineffective, you're team is done.

As moose said, in competition, there is no need for a base rape rule. However, in a pub server, you have to run things a little different if you want to keep it populated.
