The thing is, if you play alot you are bound to get the private glitch AT LEAST once a week... Don't know about you guys, but I don't normally notice it (unless I have no unlocks).

Also true, my main theory is it is determined by Kill Death Ratio and points generated per week. IE: You have a better KDR than a guy that got a few hundred more points, you will be much more likely to get Lt.Gen.

Actually, providing what EA said is true, your K/D doesn't affect it (much). All your K/D Matters is for the PREVIOUS week. If you met the requirements, you "qualify" for "application". "Application" would be getting the required IaR score. After you "qualify" (K/D for the previous week) and "Apply" (insanely high Career score IaSR during the week that you "qualify") all you have to do is get a crapload more points (career) then the rest of the people who both "qualify" and have "applied".

I dunno, thats just my *simplified* theory of how it works.
